A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before we talk.

Which interpreting format do I need?+

Consecutive interpreting works well when speakers can pause, such as in small meetings and training. Simultaneous interpreting supports real-time listening and may require a team and suitable equipment or platform. Share your agenda so we can discuss the fit.

What determines the quote?+

The date, duration, subject, location, interpreting format and number of interpreters all affect the scope. Travel, equipment and additional preparation requirements are discussed separately where relevant. See published rates and conditions ↗.

Can I enquire from outside Korea?+

Yes. You can discuss your project with us in English. For online events, include the time zone and participant locations; for events in Korea, include the venue or city.

What happens after I enquire?+

We review your brief and contact you by email to clarify the scope and availability. An enquiry is not a reservation. Fees and booking arrangements must be agreed separately.

What materials should we prepare?+

An agenda, presentations, speaker information and relevant terminology are helpful. Let us know about confidentiality requirements before sharing sensitive materials.
